Smooth Box leather gives this Hermes Kelly 28 in Bleu Saphir its polished, dark-blue finish. The leather catches a soft highlight along the flap and handle, while gold hardware provides a warm contrast. Fine matching stitching outlines the flap, narrow front straps and the edges of the trapezoid body.

The front fastening combines a rectangular metal plate with a central turn lock. A padlock hangs beside the matching leather key cover, repeating the colour of the handle attachments and protective feet. The single rounded top handle rises from two metal rings above the broad flap.
