1. Will my order be delivered in an orange box?

Your purchases are delivered in an orange box with a ribbon.

2. Why is there sometimes a delay before a leather goods item is available?

All of our products are created by hand by our artisans, according to very strict quality criteria, and mastering Hermès expertise requires many years. We work primarily with leather, a natural material and a resource limited by Hermès’ strict selection criteria. For all of these reasons, several months are required to create an Hermès leather good.

 

How do I repair an Hermès item?

TheCovetedLuxury offers free repair for a life-time of your Hermes bag purchased from us and is able to respond to numerous repair and refurbishment requests. Please email us whenever you need it.

 

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your international online purchase, please contact us at TheCovetedLuxury@gmail.com. You will also be sent a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via email that must be printed and enclosed with your return. All returns require a RMA in order to be processed.
Your order will be accepted for refund or exchange if returned in original condition and packaging, within thirty (30) days from the delivery date. The returned item(s) must be accompanied by the original receipt or a copy in the case of a partial return.
